FREE REFUNDS ONLY ON THE TERRITORY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Customers can return ordered goods at any moment before receiving the goods, and upon receiving within 7 (seven) days* if ordered from the internet store, or within 14 upon purchase of the goods in the offline store.
The goods, in proper condition, can be returned in salable state, with factory labels, tags, consumer properties and the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the goods are preserved. Used goods cannot be returned.
REFUNDS IN RUSSIA

2. On a working day agreed, within 10:00–18:00, our courier will pick-up the parcel.

4. Please put the fill refund application form along with the goods returned into a thick plastic bag.
5. Claims for refunds are processed and approved in the warehouse within 1–14 working days.
6. Upon approval of refund we will transfer the funds to your banking card or banking account within 1–10 banking days. You will be requested to provide your banking details in the application for refund. Please note that the funds are transferred in accordance with the time of transaction processing by your bank, which can take up to 30 banking days. Refund in cash is possible in case of ‘collect on delivery’ payment option only by courier in Moscow, within MKAD area.
7. The payments are refunded fully, except for the amount paid for delivery at ordering.

GOODS RETURN TO SHOWROOM
1. Visit our showroom.
2. In order to apply for refund you will have to show your passport and the receipt. For cashless payment you will also have to show your banking card used to pay for the goods.
3. Please fill the application for refund form.
4. Upon approval of refunds you will receive your funds according to the initial method of payment for the goods you chose. For cashless payment, the funds will be transferred within 30 working days. Please note that the funds are transferred in accordance with the time of transaction processing by your bank, which can take up to 30 banking days.
